There’s been a whole lot of stuff going on here in the North State.
Lake Siskiyou trail’s one of a kind bridge was designed by the same man who designed the Sundial Bridge in Redding, Ca. A lot of the credit for the bridge and the trail belongs to Mount Shasta landscape architect Tom Hesseldenz, who did all the original planning for the trail project, including bridges, parking areas and signage. Bridge planned to be completed by winter.
Driving on Pine St. and looking over my shoulder, I see this beautiful new addition to the city. Here’s the whole story~
My friend Aaron Greener and his business partner Michael Clarno opened their doors this past winter.
Their brew beer is now ready for the tasting. All I can say is~ It’s so smooth!!!
South Gate & Beyond
Today was one of those unexpected and spontaneous hikes that turned out to be great. Thanks for the call L. Hiked into South Gate Meadows (formally known as Squaw Meadows) and explored new territory in the area.
Wild Onion in full bloom along the creek. Very yummy cooked!
Impressive especially for this time of year.
Many great adventures here in the Mount Shasta Area.
This weekend check out the Hot Air Balloon Festival in Montague.
Until next time…Have a good one Everyone!!!
